This is why we’ll do all that for you for free!Our professional technical team will migrate your site content from your current provider to us. Our techs have got plenty of experience with web site migration and are able to take care of anything – from a traditional WordPress blog or Joomla^™ CMS–based web site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–made application.

A: We try to accomplish all website migrations as fast as possible. Yet, we do not have a fixed time frame for website migrations. There are various facets that you need to take into consideration – the actual size of your site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always strive to accomplish each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller web sites, our staff usually manages to finish in under 24 hours.

A: We do not collect any personal data. We’ll require, however, the login info for your old web hosting account along with the name of the site that you need to transfer.

A: Customer privacy is indeed one of our prime responsibilities – for this reason, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–class Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative methods to protect the details that we gather on the web. A: Your website will continue to work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. When we are through with the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we’ll alert you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will have to do is change the NS resource records corresponding to your domain name. Your web site will be migrated to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We can migrate your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform on condition that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only sites that we cannot transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
