Mailing list members are people that have registered for a certain list to receive periodic email messages, such as weekly newsletters. In case the software that is used to manage the list permits it, you can also authorize members manually, but in this case such messages may be considered as being unsolicited and reported as spam by the recipients. Basically, these members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking on a link in the email messages they get, or you, as the mailing list administrator, can manually remove them in case they make such a request or in case you decide that some of the members should not be part of the mailing list anymore. Each member will be able to view only their own address in the "To" section of the messages they get, but not the email addresses of the other mailing list members.
Mailing List Members in Shared Hosting
If you have a shared hosting on our avant-garde cloud platform, you’ll be able to set up Internet mailing lists and to manage their subscribers without difficulty. We make use of a powerful app called Majordomo, which includes an abundance of options and it’s hardly a surprise that it is one of the most popular mailing list client applications available on the marketplace. Including or removing a subscriber is surprisingly easy – you’ll just have to send an email message with a certain command in the body of the message to majordomo@your-domain-name.com, which means that you will not even need to sign into the Hepsia Control Panel. In the same way, you can also see all current members of any mailing list that you configure. Should you bump into any difficulties, you can check the educational articles that we have added in the Email Manager section of the Control Panel or you can get in touch with our client care team, which will be available to you around the clock.
